Q. What should I wear?
A. A departure from previous years, the 2012 "Seasons of Celebration" Reception dress code is cocktail attire.

Q. Is seating assigned? How will I know where to sit?
A. No, this year's event will be a reception. Plenty of seating will be provided for those who prefer not to stand; however, this is not a formal, seated dinner as in the past. Guests are encouraged to move freely about the ballroom, visiting each of the four unique themed areas for special cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and entertainment.

Q. When will I receive my tickets?
A. Tickets will be delivered by mail to the person designated as your "Ticket Coordinator" when you complete the online registration form. The tickets will be sent within two weeks of receiving your paid registration, or within one week of the event, whichever is sooner. If you have not received your tickets by Wednesday before the Reception, please contact us.

Tickets for registrations received after 1 p.m. on Tuesday, January 31st, will be held for pick up at the door.
