PRIVACY POLICY

Personal and financial information about our donors is to be kept confidential and not shared with anyone except as required by law to comply with government regulations and as needed to provide services to our donors. These exceptions might include, but may not be limited to: (1) transferring information necessary to process credit card transactions to our merchant services provider, (2) providing donor contact information to vendors for the express purpose of contacting those donors regarding  current or future Balls, (3) sharing information between staff members as needed to verify accuracy of payment information and handle registrations, (4) posting names, addresses and donation information online as required by the Oklahoma Ethics Commission, and (5) disclosing names, addresses, and donation information to the IRS as required by tax regulations. It is NOT our policy to share your contact or financial information with other organizations for the purpose of fundraising, surveying, or other activities not related to the Speaker’s Ball.
