For transactions entered directly at our website by donors, account information necessary to process a transaction is retained by PayPal only and not available to Oklahoma Speaker’s Ball, Inc. or its staff nor retained by FormStacks, our Registration Form provider.

Account information submitted directly to us is kept strictly confidential and entered online at PayPal's virtual terminal. Your account number is omitted when sharing contact or registration information with other staff members or others as mentioned in our Privacy Policy. Any credit card information we have in writing will be destroyed within a reasonable time following the applicable Ball.
